  • توفير الأحتياجات اللازمة في شأن خدمات الانتقال والصيانه والنظافة والمخازن والمشتريات بالتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية.


  • العمل على توفير جميع الاجهزة والأدوات المكتبية وغيرها من مستلزمات الكلية بالتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية .


  • العمل على تبسيط الإجراءات بما يحقق حسن اداء الموظفين واختصار وقت المراجعات.


  • الاشراف على موظفي وخدمات الاستقبال بالكلية.
  • Human Resource Department


    1.       طبيق القوانيين واللوائح المتعلقة بشؤون الموظفين .

    2.       انجاز كل ما يتعلق بالتوظيف والترقيات وعلاوات الموظفين واجازاتهم بجميع انواعها وانتهاء خدماتهم.

    3.       تنفيذ القرارات التي تصدر من جهات الاختصاص في شأن الموظفين .

    4.       فتح وحفظ سجلات وملفات الموظفين وتحديثها بكل ما يستجد من بيانات .

    5.       إعداد شهادات الخبرة أو شهادات راتب أو غيرها من الشهادات التي يطلبها الموظفون من واقع السجلات الخاصة بهم .

    6.       إعداد قرارات تعيين الموظفين أو نقلهم بين دوائر و أقسام الكلية ، وكذلك قرارات تفريغهم لاستكمال دراستهم أو لدورات التدريبية أو الايفاد في مهمات رسمية داخلية وخارجية .

    7.       توفير البيانات والمعلومات والاحصاءات عن القوى العاملة بالكلية.

    8.       أعداد دليل وصف شغل الوظائف .

    9.       المشاركة في التخطيط للإحتياجات البشرية للكلية بالتنسيق مع دوائر وأقسام الكلية .

    10.   القيام بالإجراءات اللازمة لتوفير القوى العاملة للكلية بالتنسيق مع باقي دوائر واقسام الكلية .

    11.   القيام بالأعمال الإدارية للجان المتعلقة بشؤون الموظفين ولجنة مسائلة اعضاء الهيئتين الأدارية والأكاديمية.

    1. Developing the infrastructure for the internal and external computer network as well as the devices and their accessories.
    2. Offering the necessary software and computing the manual business.
    3. Contributing to improve the quality of educational and administrative process at the College.
    4. Organizing the best use to the computing resources which are provided by the College.
    5. Providing the training and technical consultations which are necessary for systems’ users.
    6. Continuing in maintain the security of systems and networks, as well as their safety at the College.
    7. Continuing in developing competencies and technical skills of the center cadre.

    Networks and Information Security


    The Section of Networks and Information Security provides a specialized service in maintenance the computers, networks, and all the accessories as we have specialized experts in maintenance the personal computers, Laptop, printers, scanners, screens, servers, projectors (Data Show). Also, the Section provides the integrated and specialized solutions in the field of networks and its security in all its forms as our technical team has the ability and technical possibilities to implement all what it could require and establish the infrastructure of network according to any further developments and expansions for the buildings inside the University campus. Adding to that, the Section provides the Faculties and Departments with the solutions and technical consultations in the field of Information Technology.


    System Analysis and Programming


    The System Analysis and Programming Section develops systems (the computerized applications) and follow them up in addition to provide assistance and training to the operating applications and users at the College as a reason to shorten the effort and time as well as enhance the College objectives.     Finance Affairs Department


    It is one of the important and effective departments at Al-Buraimi University College with respect to the administrative and financial aspects. The department plays a very constructive and positive role in improving the professional administrative services for both faculty and staff. All the sections working within this department collaborate to secure a safe and comfortable work environment.

    نبذة عن الدائرة

    تعد دائرة شؤون الطلبة من الركائز الثابتة في كلية البريمي الجامعية، نظراً لارتباطها الوثيق بالطلبة الذين أنشئت أصلاً من اجلهم، ومن هنا تبوأت دائرة شؤون الطلبة هذه المكانة وتعاظمت مسؤولياتها فأولت الطلبة جلّ اهتمامها.

    تمتزج أهداف دائرة شؤون الطلبة مع أهداف الكلية و المتمثلة بإعداد الطلبة والارتقاء بمستواهم وصقل مواهبهم وتفجير طاقاتهم الإبداعية وإبراز انجازاتهم في كافة الجوانب انسجاماً مع مسيرة التقدم الشامل التي يقودها جلالة السلطان قابوس بن سعيد المعظم (حفظه الله ورعاه ).

    لذلك تولي دائرة شؤون الطلبة حياة الطالب الجامعية خارج قاعات الدراسة كل رعاية واهتمام، وتقوم بإعداد البرامج المتنوعة بهدف تنمية شخصية الطالب ومساعدته على تخطي أية عقبات قد تعترض مسيرته الأكاديمية و العمل على توفير نشاطات فكرية وثقافية وفنية تعد بإتقان من قبل قسم الأنشطة الثقافية ، ونشاطات رياضية تعد من قبل قسم الأنشطة الرياضية، ونشاطات إرشادية  تعد من قبل قسم دراسات حالات الطلبة ، ونشاطات أخرى هادفة إلى متابعة الطلبة حتى بعد التخرج من قبل قسم التنسيق ومتابعة الخريجين ، وكل ذلك بهدف المساهمة  في تكوين شخصية متوازنة متكاملة للطلبة تضمن لهم النجاح في المستقبل.

    الأهداف العامة للدائرة

    الأهداف العامة التي تسعى دائرة شؤون الطلبة إلى تنفيذها من خلال أقسامها :-

    • إعداد برنامج لتطوير الوعي الوظيفي لدى الخريجين والخريجات (ويتم تنفيذه عن طريق قسم التنسيق ومتابعة الخريجين)
    • تهيئة الطلبة لسوق العمل من خلال تزويدهم بالمهارات اللازمة لذلك وتوفير فرص الدعم والتدريب والتأهيل ومساعدتهم في التعرف على الوظائف المناسبة لتخصصاتهم (ينفذ عن طريق قسم التنسيق ومتابعة الخريجين ).
    • إعداد برنامج للتواصل مع الخريجين (يتم تنفيذه عن طريق قسم التنسيق ومتابعة الخريجين )
    • التنسيق مع الدوائر والجهات الحكومية والخاصة في مختلف المحافظات لإعداد برامج التدريب المختلفة .(ينفذ عن طريق قسم العلاقات الخارجية والطلبة الدوليين ).
    • تنفيذ أنشطة رياضية مختلفة لتنمية القدرات الذهنية والبدنية للطلبة وتوسيع مداركهم (ينفذ عن طريق قسم النشاط الرياضي ).
    • نشر الثقافة الرياضية داخل الحرم الجامعي وخارجه (ينفذ عن طريق قسم النشاط الرياضي) .
    • المتابعة المستمرة للمستوى الصحي والاجتماعي والأكاديمي للطلبة (وينفذ عن طريق قسم دراسة حالات الطلبة )
    • تقديم الوعي والإرشاد الخاصة بتنمية الذات والارتقاء بشخصية الطالب الجامعي (ينفذ عن طريق قسم دراسة حالات الطلبة  )
    • صقل مواهب الطلبة وتكوين قيادة طلابية ناجحة (ينفذ عن طريق قسم الأنشطة الثقافية ).
    •  ربط الطالب  بالمجتمع من خلال المشاركة في الفعاليات والمناشط المختلفة سواء على مستوى مؤسسات التعليم العالي الحكومية والخاصة أو على مستوى الدوائر الحكومية بالمحافظة (ينفذ عن طريق قسم الأنشطة الثقافية ).
    • تقديم المساعدة والتوجيه والإرشاد للدوائر التالية : (القبول والتسجيل خلال فترة استقبال الطلبة الجدد في بداية كل فصل أكاديمي جديد ووحدة البرنامج التأسيسي في فترة امتحان تحديد المستوى ).
    • تمثيل الدائرة لدى الدوائر الأخرى في مجموعة من اللجان وهي كالتالي : (لجنة الخصومات الدراسية – لجنة قضايا الطلبة – اللجنة التأديبية لطلبة الكلية )

    الرؤية:

    أن تكون دائرة شؤون الطلبة  في مقدمة الدوائر  التي تقدم خدمات وأوجه رعاية للطلبة  في جميع المجالات الإجتماعية والتدريبية والمهنية والأكاديمية  وتنمية الحس الوطني لدى الطالب الجامعي وربطه بحرم الكلية  ووطنه وأمته العربية والإسلامية.

    الرسالة :

    1.       تأصيل أخلاقيات وسلوكيات الطلبة للمساهمة في التنمية الشاملة للوطن

    2.       تحقيق الريادة في توفير فرص التدريب والتوظيف

    3.       تنمية الروح الوطنية.

    4.       المساهمة في إعداد الكوادر البشرية الإعداد التربوي السليم

    الأهداف

    1.       تقديم المساعدة والتوجيه والإرشاد للدوائر التالية : دائرة القبول والتسجيل خلال فترة إستقبال الطلبة الجدد في بداية كل فصل أكاديمي جديد

    2.       تمثيل الدائرة لدى الدوائر الأخرى في مجموعة من اللجان وهي كالتالي :(لجنة الخصومات الدراسية – لجنة قضايا الطلبة – اللجنة التأديبية لطلبة الكلية )

    3.       الإسهام في إعداد وتكوين شخصية الطالب الجامعي المتكاملة والمتوازنة( قسم الخدمة الإجتماعية.

    4.       تنمية السلوك الإسلامي والخلق الأمثل لدى الطالب الجامعي وإعداده لتحمل أعباء الحياة( قسم الخدمة الإجتماعية )

    5.       توثيق العلاقة بين الطالب وأستاذه وجامعته في أثناء المرحلة الجامعية وبعد تخرجه.

    6.       قضاء وقت فراغ الطالب في برامج هادفة ومفيدة (قسم الأنشطة الثقافية والرياضية  )

    7.       تعويد الطلاب على المشاركة الاجتماعية وتنمية العلاقات بينهم(قسم الأنشطة الإجتماعية والرياضية).

    إن تحصيل العلم ليس ترفا وإنما هو التزام وإسهام .. التزام بكل القيم الخيرة النيرة وإسهام جاد لا يعرف الكلل في بناء الأمة، ودعم إنجازاتها وتحقيق طموحاتها القريبة منها والبعيدة.. فهل أنتم قادرون على هذا الالتزام وهل أنتم مستعدون لهذا الإسهام. إن الأيام القادمة سوف تجيب عن هذا التساؤل .. ونحن لا يخالجنا شك في ان الرد سيكون بالإيجاب ان شاء الله. خطاب جلالته بمناسبة تخرج الدفعة الأولى من طلبة جامعةا لسلطان قابوس..

    المقدمة

    انطلاقاً من مبدأ تواصل كلية البريمي الجامعية مع خريجيها ، سعت إدارة الكلية إلى تأسيس نادي للخريجين ، والذي يسعى إلى إدامة الصلة مع خريجي الكلية من خلال التواصل الدائم معهم حتى بعد تخرجهم ، وأن تكون هناك حلقة وصل مستمرة مع من يعتبروا مفخرة للكلية وعليهم تعقد الآمال.

    أهداف نادي الخريجين

    1.       . توثيق العلاقات و الروابط بين الخريجين و تنميتها ، و العمل على إدارتها بما يضمن ديمومتها.

    2.       تدعيم العلاقات و توثيق التواصل بين الكلية و خريجيها.

    3.       العمل على تنظيم و إقامة النشاطات الثقافية و العلمية و الاجتماعية و الرياضية و الفنية.

    4.       المساهمة في تنظيم برامج و دورات لتأهيل و رفع كفاءة و أداء خريجي الكلية لتحقيق التجانس بين مستوى الخريجين و بين متطلبات التنمية المحلية وحاجات سوق العمل المتغيرة.

    5.       تبادل المعارف والخبرات واستثمار قدرات الخريجين في تطوير بعضهم البعض وتقديم ما لديهم من خبرات ومنافع لطلبة الكلية المنتظمين بالدراسة.

    6.       إصدار النشرات الدورية التي تعني بكل ما يهم الخريجين من مستجدات في مجال تخصصاتهم.

    7.       إنشاء بنك للمعلومات يحوي كل البيانات عن الخريجين الاستفادة من خبرات الخريجين و إمكاناتهم في تطوير الكلية.

     

     

    أنشطة نادي الخريجين

    1.       إصدار النشرات والدوريات الخاصة بالنادي والتي تتضمن ما يهم الخريجين من موضوعات علمية وثقافية ودراسات اقتصادية للسوق المحلي والعالمي، كما تتضمن معلومات عن الكلية ومسيرتها والإنجازات التي تحققها.

    2.       العمل من خلال اللجان المختلفة في النادي على تنظيم النشاطات الثقافية والعلمية والاجتماعية والرياضية والفنية وذلك لتمثيل الكلية في كافة المناسبات داخل سلطنة عمان وخارجها.

    3.       البحث عن الموارد المادية لدعم صندوق النادي من خلال النشاطات المختلفة والمساهمة في دعم الطلبة لإكمال مسيرتهم التعليمية.

    It is the main goal of Media and Public Relations to convey the image of the college and manifest academic and nonacademic activities and recent developments to the community through diverse communication means. Participating in exhibitions, academic conferences and gatherings inside and outside the Sultanate of Oman and sponsoring all the scientific, cultural and social activities are considered prime responsibilities for Media and Public Relations. Furthermore, Media is one of the core and indispensable components of successful and effective institutions. It is the connection by which all activities can be conveyed to the world outside.

    Quality Assurance Department Vision:


    To be among the leading higher education institutions in Oman in applying quality standards


    Quality Assurance Department Mission:


    To apply an effective quality management system that is designed to spread and enhance quality culture throughout teaching, learning, extracurricular activities, research, and community services.


    Quality Assurance Department objectives


    1.       Spreading and enhancing quality culture concepts and standards and quality assurance and accreditation processes among the members of the college community.

    2.       Supporting the college’s quest towards achieving its mission and strategic objectives.

    3.       Proposing policies and mechanisms that meet the quality standards and requirements.

    4.       Following-up the implementation of policies and mechanisms and reviewing them periodically.

    5.       Applying the standards of  Oman  Academic Accreditation Authority (OAAA)  in terms of institutional and program accreditation.

    Annual Reporting


    Annual and End-of-Semester reports are important ways for BUC to enable its management to review the performance of the various departments, centers, and sections. Annual and End-of-Semester reports are part of a continuous management cycle that involves reviewing actual results and achievements against stated intentions, which later on feeds back into the next cycle of planning, implementation and review. Annual and End-of-Semester reports are key resources to review and evaluate what has been achieved and whether plans, goals, objectives have been implemented and achieved. Annual and End-of-Semester reports cover the plans, activities, and operations of the various departments, centers, and sections during the preceding academic year (usually 1 September to 31 August), and the preceding semester (usually September to January for Semester 1 and February to June for Semester 2). BUC departments, centers, and sections reporting efforts should be focused most on the critical aspects of their performance to assess these against their previously stated intentions in their strategic and operational annual plans. It is advisable to use traffic light reports for follow-up of annual action plans and for annual reporting. BUC departments, centers, and sections are encouraged to include comparative information from earlier years and semesters to give a more comprehensive picture of long-term progress.


    Quality Philosophy


    The BUC quality policy represents a starting point for the college quality management system which supports the smooth running of the college tasks in a high-quality manner taking into consideration the various needs of all BUC stakeholders. The BUC strategic and operational management are based on constant analysis of feedback and evaluations. Through its quality management system that is based on sustainable development, BUC seeks to assure quality standards in its educational programs, research activities and community services in a way that enables BUC to contribute to the well being of the nation. The core goal of BUC quality management system is to assist with creating standard procedures and shared practices in order to spread the best practices and support the progress of the permanent improvement of learning, research and community engagement.


    Scope and purpose of QAM


    The BUC Quality Assurance Manual identifies requirements for the effective implementation of a quality management system in compliance with the requirements of the Ministry of Higher Education in Oman and the Oman Academic Accreditation Authority. The successful implementation of a quality management system demonstrates BUC commitment to be guided by its vision and to achieve its mission. The QAM emphasizes quality control of all BUC services, recognizes the importance of constant improvement based on evaluations and feedback, values benchmarking with other higher education institutions, and encourages excellence in doing tasks in all areas of activity.

    The QAM will be updated every two years based on evaluation and feedback. The policies and procedures included in the manual are subject to review by the responsible parties following the official approval procedures and hence they are updated accordingly. The QAM will be circulated to all administrative and academic staff and in case of any updates new approved versions will be circulated.


    Operational Planning


    Operational planning at BUC is an indispensable part of its strategic planning. The yearly operational plans at BUC define how we will operate in practice to implement our actions and monitor our plans. Our yearly operational plans do not exist in void or are separately developed, they are rather integrated with the BUC Strategic Plan. Our operational plans ensure we can successfully implement our actions and tasks by getting our team to:

    • Prepare SMART objectives and clear milestones.
    • Use existent resources effectively.
    • Allocate resources needed reasonably.
    • State clear timeframes.
    • Identify duties and responsibilities.
    • Execute an efficient follow-up plan.
    • Act swiftly and effectively in any case of contingency 

    Quality Cycle



    The Quality Assurance Department follows the PDCA Deming cycle as introduced in the following four main steps: PLAN => DO => Check => Act

    1.       Plan: This step includes the identification of needs, reflection and interpretation of existing data and current processes, planning of goals and objectives.

    2.       Do: This step includes the implementation of the goals and objectives and carrying out the new practice. Documentation of implementation is indispensable.

    3.       Check: In this step monitoring and reviewing are necessary. Progress of implementation and effectiveness of procedures are constantly evaluated. Recording of results and observation is necessary and comparison with the original starting point and the expected results is required. Results are analyzed to see what the achievements are and what we learn from them.

    4.       Act: In this step the focus is on what we will do with the learning and how will this inform us about the whole process. Revising, refining and improving are the outcomes of this step. 



    Academic Affiliation and Supervision


    Since its establishment BUC has been keen to learn from the expertise of other reputable higher education providers inside and outside Oman. Consequently, California State University, Northridge, USA (CSUN) and Ain Shams University, Egypt have been carefully selected for academic affiliation in the three academic departments (English, IT, Business) and Law, respectively. The choice of these two universities stems from their long and famous history, both regionally and globally, which gives BUC a good opportunity to work with, and learn from, professional and successful higher education providers. BUC and its affiliates work closely to achieve the following tasks:

    1. Provide on-going, generalized conclusive services.
    2. Provide on-going, faculty-to-faculty consultation to address problems and issues relating to teaching, research, and service.
    3. Assist in the development of cutting-edge assessment strategies and practices and to strengthen instructional effectiveness.
    4. Assist in the development and refinement of curriculum for new and on-going programs.
    5. Initiate faculty, staff and student exchanges and expand working relationships between BUC and its affiliates for graduate and continuing professional education programs.
    6. Explore options for other collaborations whenever required. 

    Such affiliations aim to enable BUC to benefit from the expertise of CSUN and Ain Shams in designing, revising, and updating all its academic programs. The affiliation of BUC to CSUN also includes mutual cooperation in areas other than academic programs which is implemented in coordination with BUC Quality Assurance Department. This includes trainings, workshops, consultancy, and advising on various areas of interest to BUC.

    Believing in the importance of the role played by higher education institutions to contribute to the preparation of youth to contribute in the process of construction and development , Al Buraimi University College has established a training, consultancy and community service department so as to provide an opportunity for all members of society for a continuous education and training in various fields as well as services and development programs for local community`s individuals and institutions. Since the rapid developments in business, professions and globalization will keep the business world in a highly ongoing competitiveness while providing plenty of opportunities, the department, then, has developed a lot of programs that enhance the knowledge, skills and attitudes of individuals, so that the individual can face the market challenges and the jobs requirements and can take advantage of the provided opportunities. These programs have been developed on the basis of appropriate theoretical, practical and scientific studies. Al Buraimi University department of training, consultancy and community service is one of the important college tools to provide community-based services. The department is specialized in the provision of consultancy and studies on the public and private sectors in all fields. In addition, it provides various training programs which aim to raise the efficiency of human resources through the adoption of scientific and practical methodology in the process of the implementation of the training courses. Thus, we rely on local and international experts with special expertise in capacity building.

    Al Buraimi university department of training , consultancy and community service seeks to provide the best scientific, professional, social, economic and legal  consulting for the local community government and private institutions alike.  The department focuses on the structure organization and design of institutions in order to develop the efficiency and performance of enterprises and enhance their competitiveness to carry out their functions more effectively. The educational and personal counseling, as well, is part of our services.

    The principal activity of the department is to design, develop and implement innovative programs in academic, administrative and technical fields in order to reach craftsmanship in these areas, as the department seeks to develop employees and job seekers skills.

    The development partners and business owners feel the need to refine the process and job skills to avoid slack in human resources as the business environment and jobs suffer from the rapid and constant changes. This process requires, then, an urgent need to rehabilitate workers and develop their abilities to adapt to contemporary work environments by adding the technical and managerial skills that can be achieved only through permanent development in training services.

    Training is one of the Unit  strategies that seek to enhance the quality of performance of institutions and businesses in various fields. This can be achieved through scheduled training programs or by developing special programs as needed. These programs aim to provide services to the following categories:

    Biography

    Dr. Bilal Al Omari holds a PhD degree in Economics from Bologna University, Italy in 2003. He obtained his MA degree from Al Bayat University Jordan in 1997 and his BA from the College of Arts at Al-Yarmouk University 1994.

    Dr. Al Omari has taught at various universities in the Middle East. From 2003-2005, he taught at Al Margeeb University in Libya where he served as lecturer of different modules such as International Business, Principles of  Marketing Practice, Principles of Micro and Macroeconomics, and International and Public Finance.  He also worked at Gulf College, Oman, from 2005-2014 where he served as a faculty in the business department and   Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs & Research.  Currently, he holds the position of  Director of Training, Consultancy and Community Services Department at Al Buraimi University College which he joined in 2016.

    Dr. Al Omari has authored a number of articles and books and delivered speeches at numerous conferences and meetings in the Middle East and abroad.  He has become the resource speaker of series of workshops and conferences in the areas of Teaching Methods, Managing Practical Classes, Over-Marking, and others. He is an external reviewer at OAAA,  external program reviewer in Ministry of Higher Education and peer reviewer at Research Council in Oman
