Human Resource Development Program: Objectives: The Human Resource Program is to design to solve the problem and challenges facing organization today in the areas of personnel and human resources management are manifold. In view of this concern this program is also designed to personnel specialists whose aim is to enhance their present knowledge and implement new skills and techniques within their organizations.
Diploma in Human Resource Development: The number of credit hours required for obtaining the Diploma is 60 credit hours. This Human Resource Development diploma program provides students a broad range of people and organizational skills and provides graduates with a range of career opportunities including staff recruitment, staff counseling and also legislative concept of employment and industrial relationship. It focuses on an analysis of Human resource systems within an organization. Student Learning Outcomes: As a result of completing this program, students should be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the activities and decisions that inform the employment relationship, including recruitment, selection and training of employees, health and safety, employment law, and motivation and productivity.
