1. Revising and developing academic programs that are able to cope with the mainstream spirit and meet the needs of the labor work locally and regionally.

2. Using Information Technology resources in all academic programs and developing abilities of academic staff in computerized learning technologies.

3. Accomplishing public and private standards of accreditation.

4. Applying quality assurance standards to academic programs.

Student Purpose

1. Enriching students’ patriotism and developing their individual skills.

2. Involving students in decision making.

3. Preparing students for the labor market by providing them with the necessary skills and training.

4. Strengthening the existing positive values of students and developing their democratic spirit.

5. Supporting cultural, social, artistic, and sporting activities.

6. Providing moral and financial support to needy students

Scientific Research Purpose

1. Supporting scientific projects related to the needs of institutions in the community.

2. Documenting and publishing research results for the benefits of all.

3. Applying the criteria of scientific research quality assurance.

4. Involving the academic staff in problem solving of other institutions.

5. Participating in conferences and symposiums both locally and regionally.

6. Providing necessary support for scientific research and adopting new sources of financial aid.

Community Services Purpose:

1. Establishing relationships of trust and partnership with local, regional, and international institutions.

2. Providing transparent and qualified services in the form of training, research and consultation.

3. Modernizing and developing the above mentioned services according to international standards.

4. Allowing access to the college for the use of the community.

5. Studying the needs of the labor market with the aim of achieving financial self-reliance by investing in different community projects.

6. Applying the criteria and standards of quality assurance in community services.

Institutional Performance Purpose

1. Reinforcing leadership abilities and empowering the college staff by enriching them with knowledge and privileges and involving them in decision making.

2. Working within a strategic framework that is prepared according to qualified standards.

3. Effective administration of human, financial, and technical resources. 

4. Managing tasks in a transparent and qualified manner while developing and simplifying procedures. 

5. Maximizing the application of Information Technology by implementing the use of a computerized system in all college services.
