A major activity at DTCC has been designing, developing and conducting innovative Management & technical Development Programmes (MDTPs) for professionalizing management & technical practices. DTCC has attempting to develop /upgrade skills for employees. And job seekers.

The corporate have also felt the need for up gradation of skills in order to avoid obsolesce of human resources .Business environment undergoes changes for more than one reason. The employees and labour need to adapt to new business environment rapidly by adding new technique, which is possible only if technical and managerial skills of human resources of the corporate are timely, upgraded.

In this area, DTCC intends to meet the rapidly growing demand for this service in the country, and the consultancy services focus on viable organizational design and structures, improving organizational competence and functions, enabling clients to efficiently and effectively manage their businesses. Also educational and individual consultations are available.

Training programs reflect one of the DTCC’s central strategies towards enhancing performance quality of organizations involving in the different sectors. Training can be obtained either as regular courses or tailored programs on all issues relating to organizational development and managerial fields and the target groups include:

Community services programs aim to reflect the college role in the development of individuals and institutions in the local community. These services will be presented through lectures, seminars & workshop in where people who don’t get the chance for official training programs or college classes still have the chance to learn through DTCC in Al buraimi University College.
